mental health doesn't see an age. you can use SpeakSafe at any age, with one rule: you use it in ways that don't harm yourself or others. one account per person.
if you're a teen and don't feel safe telling a parent about this account, that's okay. you can still reach the safest people — Childline India 1098 is 24/7 and free.
the AI companion can be wrong, miss context, or give bad advice. don't use it as the only source of guidance for medical or legal decisions. if something it says concerns you, treat it as a starting point for talking with a real human professional — not a final answer.
when you ask us to share a summary with a clinic, the clinic decides whether and when to reach out. SpeakSafe doesn't guarantee a callback, doesn't moderate the conversation between you and the clinic, and isn't responsible for the care the clinic provides. clinics on SpeakSafe are independently verified for credentials — they're not employees of SpeakSafe.
SpeakSafe is free for users. forever. clinics fund the platform. nothing inside the user app is ever a paywall.
you can delete your account at any time from the edit profile screen, or by emailing support@speaksafe.space. we may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to extract data they shouldn't, or violate these terms.
to the maximum extent allowed by law, SpeakSafe and its team aren't liable for any damages — direct, indirect, incidental — that arise from your use of the service. you use the AI companion at your own discretion and in your own time. this doesn't limit any rights you have under consumer-protection law.
these terms are governed by the laws of India. any disputes will be heard in the courts of [Bengaluru / your city — update before launch].
we may update these terms. if the changes are material, we'll tell you before they take effect. continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.
